The Fun Stuff
| Favorite food |
Lebanese food is my comfort food (as I am half Lebanese). Mexican food is my quick meal out food. Chocolate is my vice. I couldn’t possibly name one thing as my favourite. I like to dine out often and try all sorts of new things. I suppose you could call me a “foodie”! |
| How does your perfect day begin? |
My perfect day begins at 10am, being able to sleep in with my Husband (though that’s probably a bit early for him!). We would spend the day tasting wines at various vineyards. We would have dinner at a Restaurant (so I don’t have to do dishes) that focuses on local and sustainable foods. Of course we would have to have a fantastic bottle of wine with dinner. It would end with being able to snuggle with my man and being able to go to bed before midnight! |
| What would your ultimate job be? |
I would love to own a Restaurant with my Husband. We already have planned this out several times over. We already have people in mind for every position. I would be the Maitre’D, my Husband the Sommelier and various friends as servers, cooks and bartenders. Being able to see my Husband during the day would be a dream come true! |
| How did you meet? |
My Husband and I met at a wine tasting in Towson, MD. I just happened to have been brought there by a friend and apparently it was my Husband’s weekly hangout. We quickly bonded on the fact that we both loved cheese (and wine). We started dining out and dining in. He was just getting into cooking and he says I am the reason he decided to go to culinary school since I eat everything he makes. |
| Where do you see yourself in five years? |
I hope to see myself in that restaurant my husband and I have been dreaming about. I also hope to have a couple kids |
