What I Do	I spend most of my time supporting my husband on his journey. Soon I will be spending most of my time raising our first child! Jillian is due in November and is a big part of why I joined this website! For my part of the income I work at a business center called Regus as an Operations Manager. I worked in hotels for awhile and would love to be able to work in the administrative side of a small restaurant group later in life.

The Fun Stuff

Favorite food	I love Farm Fresh Southern Comfort Food! Chicken Fried Chicken, Mash Potatoes, Chicken and Dumplings, Biscuits and Gravy, BBQ, Sweet Corn, Sweet Tea! My husband and I both grew up in Colorado but our families both came from farming in the Midwest/South.
How does your perfect day begin?	My perfect day begins with a breakfast at Snooze that includes a few cocktails and friends! Or the alternative – still cocktails and friends but includes breakfast on a boat in the Keys.
What would your ultimate job be?	I still don’t know what my perfect job is… Right now I think that it would be organizing and supporting the group that my husband is opening restaurants with. Later in life I would love to stay home with Kiddo’s and give my time to local animal groups.
How did you meet?	Joe and I have been together since 1998. We meet in High School Marching Band and have been together ever since. I know that is really abnormal but it works for us!
Where do you see yourself in five years?	It’s more about where I see “us” in five years. We hope that we have spread the Luck Pie group to 4 or 5 locations and possibly have other concepts in the works. We have a fabulous group of people we are working with and while we are not “owners” we get to do all of the fun stuff (full control of the menu, kitchen set up, staffing) with only a part of the stress! We hope to do all of this while not screwing up raising this child! Maybe in 5 years we will have changed over to partial owners but if not we are still so very happy and blessed to be learning like crazy!
